These terms govern your use of loudpart.co and any order you place. This store is operated by LOUD PART. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms.

Ordering

An order is an offer to buy. A contract exists only when we send you a confirmation that the order has been accepted. We can refuse or cancel an order, including after confirmation, if the item is unavailable, the price or description was wrong, we suspect fraud, or we cannot ship to your address. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Products

Items are printed to order. Colours on your screen will not match the printed garment exactly, because screens vary and direct to garment ink sits differently on cotton than it does on a display. Small variations in print position between garments are normal and are not defects.

Sizes are a guide. See the size guide before ordering.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and can change without notice, though a change never affects an order already accepted. Prices exclude tax where it applies. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Shipping is added at checkout. If a price is listed incorrectly we contact you before processing.

Delivery

See the shipping policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Returns

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, phrases, photography, text and the LOUD PART name and marks belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, print, resell or use them commercially without written permission. Buying a shirt does not transfer any rights in the design.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site unlawfully, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it, and do not use it to harm anyone.

Anything you send us

If you send us photos, reviews or messages, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them to run and promote the store. You confirm the content is yours to give and does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We can remove any content at our discretion.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Third party links

The site links to third party platforms. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their policies.

Changes

We can update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the one that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. That does not affect any right you have to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
