What we collect, who touches it, and how to make us stop.
Last updated 28 July 2026
This store is operated by LOUD PART. This policy explains what we collect when you use loudpart.co, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you order: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor and never reach us.
When you browse: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and how you arrived. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.
When you subscribe: your email address, and whether you open what we send.
When you contact us: whatever you put in the message.
Why we use it
To fulfil and ship your order, to take payment, to answer your questions, to send the emails you asked for, to prevent fraud, and to understand which products and content work. Where the law requires consent, particularly for marketing and for non-essential cookies, we ask first, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
Shopify, which hosts this store and processes orders. Our print and fulfilment partners, who need your address to make and send your parcel. Our payment processors. Our email platform. Analytics and advertising platforms including TikTok and Meta, which receive event data about your visit through their pixels. Carriers, for delivery. Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing with advertising platforms may count as a sale or as sharing under certain US state privacy laws. You can opt out by emailing hello@loudpart.co.
International transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States, the European Union and the United Kingdom. Where data leaves the UK or the EU we rely on the safeguards permitted by law, including standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, currently seven years. Marketing data until you unsubscribe. Support emails for two years.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, ask us to restrict it, and ask for it in a portable format. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to opt out of targeted advertising, and the right not to be treated differently for exercising any of this. Email hello@loudpart.co and we respond within 30 days.
If you are in the UK or the EU and you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your national data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the store and the cart, plus analytics and advertising cookies where you allow them. You can manage these through the cookie banner or your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies will break checkout.
Children
This store is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us information, email hello@loudpart.co and we delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top, and for anything significant we tell subscribers by email.
Email hello@loudpart.co or use the contact form. We answer within two business days.
