Returns and refunds

The window

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. It must be unworn, unwashed, and in the condition it arrived in, with any tags still attached.

How to start one

Email hello@loudpart.co with your order number and which item you are returning. We reply with a return address and instructions. Do not send anything back before you have that, because unannounced returns are hard to match to an order.

Who pays

If you changed your mind, you cover the return postage. If we sent the wrong item, the wrong size against what you ordered, or the print is defective, we cover it. You are not out of pocket for our mistake.

Faults and damage

Email hello@loudpart.co within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the problem. We replace the item or refund it, your choice. Print defects, misprints, damage in transit and manufacturing faults are all covered.

Normal wear, damage from washing against the care instructions, and fading caused by ironing directly on the print are not faults.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection we refund to the original payment method within five business days. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 days to show it. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the return is our error.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges directly, because the item is reprinted rather than pulled from stock. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size you want. It is faster than an exchange would be. The size guide is there to keep this from happening in the first place.

Cancellations

You can cancel before the order goes to print. Email hello@loudpart.co as soon as you can. Once it is printing we cannot stop it.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here reduces the rights you have under the consumer law of your country. In the United Kingdom and the European Union you have a statutory right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery, and that right stands alongside the window above.
